Villa Schinosa’s Garbino Moscato Puglia IGP is a wine that celebrates the ancient tradition of the Moscato Bianco grape, a variety of noble Greek origins, magnificently cultivated on the fertile lands of Trani.

VINEYARDS

Trained using a trellis system with spurred cordon on tending-to-tufa-limestone soils with a density of 4500 plants per hectare.

VINIFICATION

The grapes, harvested at the end of August, are vinified at controlled temperatures below 15°C (59°F) up to an alcohol content of 13.5%, leaving a slight sugary residue.

MATURATION

In stainless steel tanks. Subsequent refinement in the bottle for a period of 1-2 months.

TASTING NOTES

A wine that pairs very well with carpaccios of raw fish, sushi, and seafood. Serve chilled at a temperature of 7-10°C (45-50°F).
