Villa Schinosa’s San Valentino Bianco Puglia IGP is a refined expression of Puglian winemaking that brings together the elegance of Chardonnay and the aromatic depth of Fiano. Cultivated on the limestone soils of Trani, this wine reflects the estate’s dedication to producing harmonious, terroir-driven blend
The grapes are harvested between mid-August and early September, vinified separately to preserve varietal character, and partially fermented in French oak barriques to enhance body and complexity. Maturation in stainless steel tanks follows, ensuring freshness and aromatic precision.
With its bright straw-yellow color and golden reflections, San Valentino Bianco opens on the nose with floral hints of acacia and orange blossom, intertwined with notes of pear, citrus, and vanilla. The palate is elegant and well-structured, balancing crisp acidity with a smooth, lingering finish. Ideal for pairing with seafood, grilled fish, white meats, and fresh cheeses, this wine should be served chilled at 10–12 °C (50–54 °F) to fully appreciate its refined character.
